9:40 am Take 3 tablets with Cereal and milk
10:10am Didn't feel any special effect
10:51am Brain is clear, no special effect
11:00am Had a conference call and last 1.5 hour
01:00pm Had a lunch
02:40pm Had a nap for 30 minutes, good quality.
03:20pm Had 3 Tablets
04:30pm Brain was clear and energy is good
06:00pm Doing reading at Starbucks
07:00pm Practice at driving range, a little hungry feeling, but gone after 2 hours
08:30pm Arrived at home, no hungry feeling, another 1 hour reading
10:00pm Drove to Safe way to buy some milk
11:40pm Back home
01:00am Felt hungry, ate some meat and red wine
02:00am Slept at Sofa, good sleep
03:30am went up to bed
08:30am Woke up by alarm. It was a good sleep
